Some misconceptions is that you need to do weights to workout and to do that, you must hit the gym. Now most girls are not comfortable in the weight room coz we all know that guys flex more and grunt louder when there are female species on sight (rolling my eyes). This one is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). each sequence for 50 seconds, rest 10 seconds. Do all 3 rounds. Afterburn is the ISSSSHHHH!!! Ladies, your body weight is more that enough!!! Do body weight exercises like these and you should be toned up!!! One more thing i love about it is it makes you realize how heavy you are and the next time you eat.. youll think twice before being bad on your nutrition. Gents, for you, too!!!
