Some observations of tonight’s speech from Emperor Obama: First off, you would never know from listening to his “Highness” that he had just lost the biggest election in 2014 since anyone living can remember. Tonight he had 85 more members of Congress, on the Republican side sitting in on his speech tonight, than he did during his 1st SOTU speech. This was the most convoluted speech I have EVER heard. He had the greatest number of threats of Vetoes on the one hand and in the next sentence asking for Bi-Partisan supports, “so we can get something done.” The two statements are going opposite directions! With all the acts of terror going on around the world, Emperor Obama states, “The shadow of crisis is past!” He says this the same day that Yemen is falling to the terrorists. Well I guess if the Emperor says it, that is the way it is! I was relieved to see the Emperor was still wearing clothes! At least I thought he was. If you want my opinion, we are in the worst position on Terrorism we have been in since 9-10-2001. We have learned NOTHING! If anything, we are in much worse shape… we are going backward at an alarming rate! I stand corrected, WE have learned but Obama has NOT! He pulled out of Iraq to fulfill a Campaign promise but we have ISIL/ISIS as a direct result. This comes from a lack of simple, common sense. The fact he is in the process of re-stocking our Military in Iraq, is proof positive he made a BIG mistake. Did you notice he didn’t mention Al qaeda a single time? Not bringing it up doesn’t change anything. While he did not mention them specifically he is asking congress for “Authorization for Military Force against ISIS.” Well what does he need that for, if the War on Terror is over?? Again, when you don’t mind lying about anything, you can state opposites in succeeding sentences and never bat an eye. For example, Obama boasted that he has created 11 million new jobs in the last 7 years. Well, how does he square that with the FACT, there are 90 million folks who have given up looking for work. These are people who are no longer counted in the statistics. If they were counted, our REAL Unemployment Rate would be 9’9%, instead of the 5.6% Obama is claiming. Then of course, Obama claims that Oil prices being low will save the American Consumer $750 a year. None of that had ANYTHING to do with his policies. He has held up the Keystone Pipeline and the only reason we are producing more is because “Fracking” and the development of new Oil & Gas resources is because it is being done on private land and Obama hasn’t figured out how to screw it up. Oil Production on Federal Land is down about 9% from when he took office. NOTHING Obama has done had anything to do with lowering Gas prices. None of Obama’s policies have anything to do with making America better. The only way anything is going to get better is to get Obama out of Office. He and his Socialist policies are what is wrong with America. The best thing he can do for America is to “GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY!” By Wyatt Goodwin
