Some of my tips to stay on track! ask for grilled meats frozen veggies are good no soda bring your own lunch avoid processed meats skip cake frosting choose a smaller plate marinate for flavor, not fat don’t use too much salt never show up hungry grab handful of almonds as a snack protein in every meal make a food diary/use it treat once a week tbsp peanut butter for a snack (a favorite of mine) eat your greens cut up and alternate fruits and veggies avoid salty food which creates bloating eat burger w/out bun drink green tea olive oil over butter chew slowly, enjoy meal proportion/portion size glass of water before dinner eat your breakfast
