Some of the most critical businesses in this town struggle just to pay high rents on properties they cannot get loans to purchase. Other people have bought buildings and cannot get loans for basic updates to make them rentable. How can we have better support for the brave folks who are willing to take on the challenge of making our town better? ( not a rhetorical question, keep your blaming responses to yourself and pose solutions)
