Some of you were tragically devastated by the shooting and killing - TopicsExpress

Some of you were tragically devastated by the shooting and killing of Eric Gardner and Michael Brown, and I must say those incidents didnt really get to me. People screamed black lives matter and saying all cops are pigs. Yesterday I learned of an actual tragedy. Two cops from Brooklyn who signed on to protect and watch over the people of their town were executed without warning by a man who believed that they were responsible for the acts that have happened recently with MIchael Brown and Eric Gardner. It is going to be very very VERY hard for me to enjoy Christmas this year, knowing that these two will not go home to their families because they were innocently protecting other peoples families during the holiday season. What we as a nation need to see, say, and do is see that by saying black lives matter, your only continuing the racial divide. What we need to be saying is all lives matter. Instead of blaming cops for their duties, we need to realize that both Michael Brown and Eric Gardner were criminals and Brown wasnt even suffocated to death, he died because he was so overweight that his organs couldnt take him being on his stomach and he was over exerting himself by resisting arrest. ALL LIVES MATTER. ALL OF THEM. Should we shame all cops because a few cops MAY have stepped over the line? No. Because like them, I know minorities dont want to all be seen for the few bad apples in our communities. Its time to wake up America and realize that by saying black lives matter and all this crap saying it was a racial crime when people are just doing their jobs is only going to bring a larger racial divide. You want to get rid of racism? Discontinue it forever? Go out and hug someone you would presumably think is different from you. Young black men who believe cops are after you, sometime while youre out, go strike up a conversation with a cop and get to know them. We are all human and when we stop fearing for what people think of us (that for all black, white, asian, hispanic, latino, ect.) and start introducing ourselves as the way we want people to see us, then we can start the healing process before it leaves too many scars. I love you all my friends, and I hope you can see maybe one day we will live in a colorless world.
