Some people are just liars and thieves. Some people are just crooks! Once again, I have met yet another one of those type of people on eBay! The buyer is trying to either cheat me out what I sold him for $435 or cheat me trying to get $200 partial refund for something that was sold AS IS, NOT WORKING, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS, NO FULL REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO B.S. - as clearly stated. The guy will fix this unit, resell it in the Los Angeles music market for $1000 to $2000 - but still wants to see if he can cheat me out of more than half what the selling price was or cheat me out of something - hell steal a part out then try to return it, etc. Ive seen this SHIT before. Pisses me off! I have photographic and video evidence. No problem in the long haul - in the short run, last time somebody tried to pull this crap on me I had to wait 2 months to get my money! I spent $65 just shipping and insuring this unit. I told him that if it is DAMAGED and worse than what it was when it left here to take it to the USPS and report that it was damaged. Ill file the $450 insurance claim. No, he doesnt want to do that! No, he would rather try to get me to give him a partial refund of $200 of the $369 selling price and hell keep it. It is a GAME and people apparently do this crap all the time on eBay! Though he paid through PayPal, they wont release to me the money - put a hold on it anyway - said up to 21 days - that is even BEFORE THE DISPUTE. By the way, eBay OWNS PayPal! Neat trick. Hold my money for 7 to 21 days even when I ship something out with a tracking number and insured. Then, if there is a dispute, hold my money for a month or two while they figure out that this guy, JUST LIKE THE LAST GUY THAT TRIED TO PULL THIS SHIT, is just another god damned crook!
