Some people are lucky and others are determined. Some people cant lose and others refuse to be beaten. Your brain is the biggest obstacle you will ever face in your life. Once you have mastered the brain you can learn to push the body at a high-level on the edge of organ failure, renal failure, muscle failure, exhaustion, hypothermia, etc. The pain doesnt stop until you are dead or victorious so make your choice. Get pissed, thrive on pain and hate if you have to, but find an excuse to persevere. So you think you want to be a model? Do you want to be a real model or a pretend model? Are you willing to bust your ass every day in the gym to accomplish your goal? Lots of people want to apply for the job you want so what are you willing to do to be better than them? Congratulations you hit the genetic lottery and were born attractive and so are hundreds of millions of other people so what are you going to do? You need the look, you need expressions, you need the body and you need the height. You cant fix your height and without surgery you cant fix your look so you can apply yourself by doing homework and having more than one facial expression and you can maintain an above average level of fitness that is expected of a model; a real model. Models are supposed to be an example of an above average specimen and thats why not everyone can do it. I got off my ass and built a prototype models body in my 20s I did it again at age 37 proving that it could be done and I photographed better in my 30s than in my 20s. Through aggression and determination I defied genetics, Father Time, my metabolism and older joints that dont take abuse like they used to. This old shot up brokedick Marine should not be able to run circles around people in their 20s. I personally decided that I didnt want to be 40 years old and kick myself because when I had the opportunity I failed to give it everything I had. And in the true spirit of maneuver warfare I executed my plan and accomplished things I never thought I would do so when I go to my grave I can carry that with me. Ladies you have until you are 24 years old before this dream passes you by. I dont agree with that but this is how it is. Now I understand regret and I know that there is no worst form of regret than when you can only blame yourself. Today is a day that you can choose to take charge of your destiny.
