Some people are unhappy living a life of sin, but have no courage to die (in order to be free and happy). Being slaves to sinful habits they are sad but suspect any suggestion to break those habits as dangerous to themselves. They may even know that their bad habits are the cause of their sadness which, of course, they also inflict on others who interact with them. What a blessing it would be to such people to welcome the Crucified and Risen Lord Jesus Christ! What a favour an effective introduction of Christ into their life would be! But who among humans knows who those unhappy people are precisely? It is, therefore, necessary that Christians manifest the JOY OF A SINLESS LIFE ALWAYS. This would be the beginning of the introduction of Christ to those around who need Him for freedom and happiness. Doing so would, of course, enhance their own happiness. THE CROSS OF CHRIST (which is dying to sin) IS THE SOURCE AND CAUSE OF FREEDOM AND HAPPINESS: die in order to be free and happy!
