Some people hate snakes or spiders; however, I really dislike possums. Last night, around 11pm, I went outside with my 3 Springers. There was a possum on top of a post for the rear fence (6 tall). Jet can jump incredibly high, but was just shy of the possum (thank goodness!). I grabbed a weave pole in an attempt to push the possum off of the fence into my neighbors yard. I only succeeded in making the possum play possum (better than the hissing...). The Springers then discovered an even larger possum 25 further along the fence. This time I grabbed a jump bar and knocked (whacked, batted..mitted cruelty to possums...) the possum into the neighbors yard. I am sure the neighbors wondered what all the noise was about...possums are just creepy!!!
