Some people have been telling me that my phone conversation with NBC is not credible and I should have it in writing. So heres the thing, I have been sending numerous emails to all the networks, local and foreign. However, the foreign networks gets such a large influx of emails there is at least a 2 week wait period for a response. So I resorted to phone calls, and have my phone records to prove such. Most of the calls I made I have to relay why I am calling at least 3 times before I am transferred to someone who can help me. They take my information and my complaint and then they go investigate before they get back to me. So far 2 networks have returned my calls. NBC (which I can prove through my phone logs) who told me they do not sell exclusive rights and asked for a listing of all the shows that were being blocked, maybe that is why it was a call that was returned so quickly. The 2nd call was from CW who called to give me a different email address from the one on their website, to send the complaint to. Also to the ones who say the major networks dont reserve the rights so they cant sell them, only the production companies reserve those rights, this is the answer : all those major networks own all the production companies and the shows they produce. NBC owns SYFY, USA Network, NBC News, Telemundo, Bravo,Universal Studios, Hulu, the weather channel, NBC Universal, Universal Cable Productions, Esquire, NBC Sports, MSNBC, etc. the reason I know this is because on my phone conversation I had to specify which NBC channel we get, so now I do all my research very well. CBS owns Warner Bros.( Warner produces the Big Bang Theory), CW, Time Warner, Showtime, CBS Sports, CBS News, CBS Entertainment, TVGN, etc. ABC is actually owned by Disney which I learned when they transferred me and I thought they made a mistake, so all Disney channels and Production companies, ABC Family, etc. FOX is owned by 21st Century Fox, Fox News, FX, National Geographic, etc. All these networks own and operate more than 20 stations, locally and internationally, so you can see why they wont be selling exclusivity to CNC3 or TV6. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings to those that were discrediting my information.
