Some people have no business working in collections. My mother in law got a call today which I intercepted for her...she has NEVER received a statement...I asked if the insurance company had paid...she replied back with some insurance company I have never heard of before...I told her she had Medicare...she then asked if I had the phone number for them...I flipped the card over and it says for questions call 1-800-Medicare...so thats what I read to her...she got hateful with me and replied back with, I need their phone number...REALLY...REALLY...OMG...and the sad part is...that wasnt the only stupid part of the conversation...she asked me what state issued her Medicare... By this time I am a little irritated...I asked her if she honestly knew what she was doing...she then told me to have a nice day...and I told her the same thing...WOW...
