Some people just do not understand that being wealthy does not - TopicsExpress

Some people just do not understand that being wealthy does not make you free. A.G. Gaston was the last wealthy and free Black person our culture has ever known. We have not produced any others since, not even close. No not Oprah, not Dr. Dre, Jay-Z... you see Gastons empire was amassed as a result of group economics amongst African-Americans. The later recipients are all products of diversified wealth. They are not truly free. A.G. Gaston could take to the streets and directly support provisions for Ferguson and all these other cases just like that... and to a certain extent he would not feel the ramifications of his empire. Times like these would actually rally his investments and shore him up. Not true with a diversified income. Gaston sheltered Blacks in his hotels that feared for their lives cause they could be killed on site during the civil rights movement. He bailed out many individuals that protested and provided jobs during some very low times for Americans economically... especially for Blacks. That is the difference for what we call wealthy today. They can not provide that kind of assistance because their greatest strength of an aggregated diversified wealth is also their weakness. America is economically weak and can not perform at its best because Blacks DO NOT practice group economics... not in spite of. It is tearing us apart financially and socially.
