Some people say Im brave I say Im a parent a special needs one too. We coped with the downs syndrome diagnosis (cold hearted dr) and then his heart defect. We had his operation cancelled twice. I still didnt believe it was happening, until we took long walk to theatre and then again the week after for his pacemaker fitted. All this brought us together and made us stronger. We will continue to do as we continue to raise money to help other children smile like Logan. Yes my arms may feel lost but my heart will always be complete. Eventually in the future 1,2,3 or even 4yrs away Logan will have another sibling who will know all about him. We wouldnt be where we are today if it wasnt for the fantastic charities around us esp Wakefield & District Downs Syndrome Support Group.
