Some people somehow believe that a patient with a heart attack will have access to perfect price information on all the local emergency rooms, their effectiveness rates and so on so be able to make an effective decision that suits their needs. When you draw their attention to how different the ACTUAL medical market is from the perfect free market that Libertarians assume they sometimes realize that they might have been deceived & other options might not be so bad.
