Some people tell me that Im too bossy. Well, I have been manger/ supervisor for many years. I think Im a fair boss, I wouldnt ask any employee to do something I would do or have done. I do demand professionism and competence. I exspect a job quickly snd well done. I expect for employees to call if they are not going to show up for work. They can take 3 days off a month, anymore than 3, is grounds for termination. They can take 3 personal days; but not consecutively. I give them 1 hour For lunch, no more than 1 hour. They get two 2 /15 minute breaks. They have too leave for lunch.
