Some pretty upsetting information coming out from tonights storms. Thankyou to everyone who has been PMing us with pics and information. Heres an example of one of them concerning some significant damage near Mt Walker (SW of Ipswich). Re-posted with permission:... My sister lives at mt walker she has lost her whole roof, so has another lady down the rd from her, all power lines are down trees up rooted and fences energex or ses cant get to them until they fix power lines on the road but I dare say there would be a lot of other homes that have damage They said the wind was incredible, ceiling has gone windows smashed , Were also hearing other reports from near Jimboomba and Veresdale of very large trees and powerlines all over the road, with some people unable to get home.
