Some really interesting video here of a DUI Checkpoint. I believe the educational purpose needs to be primary to justify this warrant-less intrusion of our Fourth Amendment Constitutional Right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures. Shouldnt drivers be given the opportunity to avoid the DUI checkpoint legally? Seems to me that the officers arrested a lot more people for driving on suspended license than DUI. Is this an effective use of tax payer money?
