Some reasons to NOT vote for William Bill Kephart: Endless reasons here: The case of Rebecca Martin -Bias (JEA is friends with Courtney Ortiz) -Violation of 4th Amendment (You can serve on behalf of you and your wife) -Illegal to speak of an irrelevant mental disability in court (I know about your mental disorders... and I know what you did in the Navy- this is where she got raped and exposed the widespread problem) -Calling her names in the courtroom- delusional, you must like going to jail, etc. The wrongful imprisonment of Kirstin Lobato for murder: -She was 170 miles away from the scene of the murder when it took place -130 inaccurate closing statements by Kephart as ADA -Disingenuous in opening statement, in which he said Kirstin told police she didnt tell anybody about (the rape), when in fact, prosecution blocked the witnesses who she did tell about it, to keep them from testifying about what she told them. Man sent to prison for murder found innocent after 20 years: Steese Vs. Nevada -Frederick Steese wrongfully convicted of murder, Kephart was prosecutor (Deputy DA)... refused along with Douglas Smith to bring proof to trial that Steese was in Idaho at the time of the murder. tried to appeal for years after he was imprisoned in 1992, finally found innocent in 2013. after released, he cannot find a job due to his record. Also, his confession was found to be involuntary and false. Jason Mahe, shot 7 times in back, police say it was the front and change the story: -Kephart keeps piling on the charges, as he was held in isolation for months, his wounds festering developing Staph infections, losing 150 pounds in 6 months, no visitations allowed except for 2 from his mother... also choked by a corrections officer Honeycutt Vs. Nevada -Kephart choked the defendant on the stand -Kephart committed prosecutorial misconduct, inflaming the jury Valdez Vs. Nevada Byford Vs. Nevada -Kephart should have been called as a witness, and have been disqualified from prosecution, because he discovered new evidence on the crime scene. SCR 178- a lawyer shall not act as a an advocate on a trial in which the lawyer is likely to be a necessary witness. -Failure to call the prosecutor as a witness & to seek his disqualification And more... https://m.youtube/watch?v=duhgbcLcfS4&feature=youtube_gdata_player
