Some say the book of Enoch cannot be trusted because it is not cannon or Holy SPirit inspired. But these same people trust the book of Esther, which is not Holy Spirit inspired. Like Esther, Enoch is merely a historical account of the pre-flood earth. Enoch is mentioned several times in the Tenahk and the Brit Hadasha (OT&NT). Passages from Enoch are even quoted in the epistles, and Yeshua himself says "Even as in the days of Noah, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be." First scriptures of the book of Enoch were uncovered by a western archeologist in the 18th century. Some scholars say that these documents cannot be trusted. But nearly a century later, it was discovered that a small population of Jews lived in Etheopia. These Jews carried copies of the Tenahk that were thousands of years old, but included the book of Enoch. And what did they find? The scriptures in the Etheopian Tenahk and the relics found by the western archeologist were exact copies. Proving once and for all that the book of Enoch has not changed in over 2000 years.
