Some stats from the last month. Ive been squatting 20s twice a week and tempo x7x15 front squats once a week. I just cleaned a 5kg PR of 150kg @78-79kg bw. Snatched 121 before. The most Ive cleaned is 130kg the month prior, hardly ever even going >120 (maybe once), doing mostly moderate powers and some heavy thruster singles. Ive done roughly 5ish working sets of 20, only done the FS workout twice. Interesting. Dat GPP doe?
