Some things - like some political movements - NEVER change. The American Fascist is surprisingly more subtle then his European counter part. This is not by design, but due to his inherent dishonesty and his forced marriage to propaganda. (When history condemns you what choice do you have but revision and lies?) In America he hates the constitution, and passes laws weakening it whenever possible, yet may give impassioned (if meaningless) speeches FOR the constitution. The ignorant, unwilling to look further, is mollified. No Nazi ever expressed love of democracy. Our job is to recognize this bastard for who he is. He is the owner of slaves, the industrialist who grows fat on hungry children, the hand on the truncheon or the trigger, the voice crying out for security even at the cost of freedom. He is the guard at the concentration camp and the privately owned American prison. He is the eternal oppressor, forever frightened and hiding, hounded by a thousand fears to greater and greater atrocities until at last, his own survival now rendered impossible, he kills himself.
