Some things are more important than others. A lot of Christians believe that it is more important to give. They give to this or that charity or cause. They give their tithe on Sunday, and then go about their business feeling good about themselves, maybe even a little self-righteous. But Jesus says of them in Matthew 23:24 that they “strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.” In other words, they make a big to-do out of the little things and let the big things escape. I believe in supporting the Church financially but we as Christians should concentrate on spreading The Gospel and witnessing to a Lost and Dying world.
