Some thoughts: We got in a dramatic car accident Friday. I am very thankful for the loving hands that guided us across the highway through heavy traffic and a tailspin, landing us safely on the embankment on the other side, slanted a little on a rock. No injuries, just soreness, & no airbags went off. Our vehicle suffered a little damage. We were frightened but we were spared. The other vehicle was totaled. I have been very shook but am ever so thankful. Saturday we danced & sat through 100+ temps to support our beautiful Syd Yellowfish. We - me & Ashleigh & Eden - had picked up poison ivy earlier in the week. We are terribly allergic, thanks to my mama, so the heat & sweat was kinda rough. Sunday, after finally making it home from the powwow, Edson started getting sick from a stomach virus. Monday, I went to get a shot for the ivy, which spread to my face, with A & E. Ash started having stomach virus symptoms on the way to the hospital. Eden got sick later that night. I got sick this morning & Eibel got sick this afternoon. I am tired. I am sore. But I am still very, very thankful we are here to experience these agitations. Life is short & beautiful. #HeseketvmeseLiketOs
