Monday, Jan. 12, Frances Fedrov’s self-written obit was published in The Daily Journal. For those of us who remember her, it touched us with its grace and gentle eloquence. She delivered a personal message that she could no longer deliver in person. Many years ago I went to Fran’s tailor shop at 434 W. Landis Ave. to have a suit altered. I was surprised that she remembered so much about me and my family and so many other mutual friends and relatives. She was like a living Polk’s Directory of our City. I wish I had visited her more. Rest in peace, my lady. You and your family will remain an iconic part of Vineland and its history.
