Some would say we choose our thoughts,some would even go to say we choose our disease,some would even go to say we create our reality.... I am the ghost in the machine,not the machine. Humans identify WAY too much with their mind and body.... The mind and the body are just tools that we can utilize. If you choose to identify with your body as anything other than your souls machine. It is like we think we are the toolbox all our lives,then when we awaken somewhat and our minds are pulled out of the toolbox we realize we have all these tools to get reaquinted with. We can either choose to let this overwhelm us or we can familiarize ourselves with the tools once more with our newly discovered understanding. The EGO is NOT the enemy,the mind and thoughts are not the enemy. The body is not the enemy...They are your tools....*handle with care*..... Love Walmart of the gods.
