Some years ago I was at the CERN, in Switzerland, chatting to the only Nobel Prize winner I have ever met - physicist Carlo Rubbia (I have said enough already to set the Bible desperadoes slavering: they are saddling their horses, and, if they read the rest, they will turn in their six-guns for Kalashnikovs). We talked about Quantum theories. I asked Rubbia, but if reality only exists inasmuch as it is observed, who observes the observer? There was a knock on the door and we had to let them in, it was the President of the Republic on an official visit. But that question of mine is still unanswered. It has been asked by sages in the East long before Einstein, Bohr, Schrodinger and others. Any suggestions before I surrender to the Posse?
