Somebody asked me today How do you keep your skin so clear? Ive had a lot of people ask me that. Or they look at me and say, Your complexion is so pretty. What kind of makeup do you use? I just look at them and smile. I dont answer. But the truth is, I dont cake a pound of makeup on my face everyday. I dont use makeup, period. I use eyeliner and mascara, and still not everyday. These girls need to realize that if they dont hide their skin under a bottle of makeup, their skin would be clear too. I have never used makeup like I see girls doing today. Maybe because I never had any desire to. Maybe because I grew up around boys and played in the yard, or rode my bikes on trails with them, or whatever. Maybe because Im a tomboy and dont like girly things. But I dont like makeup. It stinks, it feels horrible, and it damages your skin. In more ways than one. I like to wipe something off my face and not have a glob of make up on my hand from doing so. I like the clean feeling of my face when I touch it. Makeup is dirty. It feels dirty. It looks dirty. So, my face is so clear and my complexion is so pretty and natural because it is REAL! All these girls need to realize that beauty does not come sealed in a bottle and marked MARY KAY, or COVERGIRL, or any of these makeup brands. TRUE beauty is natural and real. Caking makeup on your face is doing nothing but making your skin look filthy. And thats all I have to say on the matter. :)
