Somebody asked me whats the difference between street smarts and book smarts? Book smarts is more of an abstract theoretical train of thought of explaining things, whereas street smarts is a hands on education where you learn by doing the job. Example a book smart person will think in terms of book knôwledge ie product placement price presentation and all this other shit and make the job harder than it has to be. A street smart person will say we have fifty dollars and invest in bottleđ waters in the summer. A cooler ice and a red wagon to trsnsport the cooler up and down the street. They will know their customers are anyone in search of a cool drink. They sell those waters and keep buying more and selling them until they start to see results. They know how to talk to people because they do it everyday. Everybody dont get the same spill. And they get the money now diversify it and make it work now and move with the times seizing opportunities. A person educated in the streets may have went from a gangbanger to a stick up kid to a hustler to an ice cold player and then into a smooth business man at a young age Because the streets are on the job training. I dont value one of the other i feel that together they will make their owner a wise person. I know book smart people who are making it hsppen and vice versa just my outlook
