Somebody has to step up with some real bucks to save the Virginia & Truckees historic engine #11, Reno which is slowly rotting away outside at Old Tucson down in Arizona. This engine was the first real passenger engine on the V&T, built in Philadelphia by Baldwin in 1872 along with sister engine, #12, Genoa. I posted this earlier but this time with a higher resolution picture which more clearly shows the damage this beautiful engine has endured out in the weather, rain and blowing sand.
