Somebody just messaged me asking why I take Juice Plus. En route to the beach and without having to think I wrote this: I started using the capsules because I basically hit rock bottom. Im a busy Mum of two, work part time and train hard. I suffered from mild post natal depression after the birth of both of my girls and the fog has never really lifted until now. I also suffered from recurring glandular fever. This is not common so probably shows how poor my immune system was. I didnt eat unhealthily, lots of fruit, less so veg but nowhere near the recommended portions. I was exhausted. Struggling to make it past 8pm after putting the girls to bed. I noticed a difference after a month on the capsules. A huge difference. I feel present now when Im with my girls. I enjoy every second with them instead of thinking how am I going to make it to bedtime. My husband is using the shakes as a supplement after losing a lot of weight due to a gluten allergy. We have our evenings back. My hair, skin and nails have all improved but for me to have my energy back and to be able to give my girls the Mum they deserve has been huge. This has been a game changer for me and my family
