Someone close to me has been very sick, fighting for her life like you wouldn’t believe. She had surgery a week ago. They took out a section of her cancerous pancreas; half of her stomach and all of her spleen. She is focused on the basic task of survival. I have known her since I was a child and have loved her nearly all my life. I don’t understand how pancreatic cancer could take our boy; and then months later, threaten a person who means so much. This cannot be part of a divine plan. I pray that the surgeon’s hands were personally kissed by God, for this is our hope. One day her son will marry and she needs to dance at his wedding; this is my dream for her as we step into the next phase of the unknown. Prayers needed,
