Someone explain to me how the circumstances between Bernard Bailey and Eric Garner are any different. Bailey was technically resisting arrest and breaking the law at the time he was killed. Baileys initial charge was also something as frivolous as Garners selling cigarettes. Could it be that twelve people somewhere finally agreed that just because you arent doing exactly what the police say doesnt mean they are given carte blanche?
