Someone posted about the Mathews family yesterday and I cant find the post.For those who dont know they are the ones searching for missing son Cody since last June.The person who posted indicated the Mathews family lost the cabin to the fire they had moved to so they could search for there son.He said they are now camping somewhere off 50. I had really expected the community to rally .I have to say his and my re-posting of his post got less then a handful of respondents.The posts about dead goose on the road and emaciated horses got a lot more attention for some reason.Im assuming its because we all have a lot on our plates and feel a little helpless to help.If your like me I dont have a lot of $ and have already been contributing what I can do to the fire.I just did something for the Mathews family that cost me nothing and hopefully helps them.You can do it to.CALL THE NEWS AND ASK THEM TO HELP THESE PEOPLE.CBS13&CW31 # 916-374-1301.The person on the phone sounded interested and had never heard of the Mathews family.Call all the stations,get the word out! These people are in need of the communities support badly!!!
