Someone sent me this forward. I got the number 9, so here goes, 9 things you didnt know about me: 1. I used to charge friends at birthday parties in elementary school, to do their makeup. 2. My first paid makeup job was in Toronto, in 2005, at my friends beautiful salon in Yorkville. I was shaking in my boots. 3. My favourite red lipsticks are Nars Dragon Girl, and Cruella. 4. I listen to electronic music (constantly) while I do makeup- Chillstep. 5. I used to miss my bus stop often because I was day dreaming about makeup, and where it might take me one day. 6. Chemicals in makeup and skincare are on my radar. 40-60% of what we put on our skin is absorbed. Phthalates and parabens are commonly found in breast tumours. 7. I believe EVERYONE has greatness inside of them. Everyone has a unique talent, and creativity. EVERYONE IS AN ARTIST (photography, cooking, baking, map making, knitting, sketching, painting, poetry, speaking, dancing). It feels amazing to express ourselves through creativity. Soul satisfying. 8. I did makeup on CTV this summer. 9. I meditate everyday.
