Someone sent this to me this morning.. Over the years, I have definitely had to listen between the lines to determine what the final output will be. Each conversation and memory are always associated with that persons ideals, priorities, feelings, etc. and with the addition of Texting, emailing..... the typing comes through to some as a yell and others a whisper. Dig deeper! Ask questions! and gather the conversations to get to the real concept or message. Helps make everyones feedback actionable too..
