Someone tells you that they’ve just discovered that eating red - TopicsExpress

Someone tells you that they’ve just discovered that eating red roses will make you live longer and have beautiful skin. Suddenly, you are grabbing as much of this as you can. Then the one who told you, comes back to tell you that he now has specially grown roses for sale, now you jump in line to buy. You, up on till now, had never tasted any type of roses, but you acquire the taste, based on what you’ve been told will happen; you are eating roses morning noon and night. You don’t see any changes, but the one selling you the home-grown roses, is telling you that since this is new, it may take a while to see the effects. Suddenly you start believing it’s working, the placebo effect has kicked in. What would you call this? Gullible or Stupid? Hold that thought; I would say both! First thing you ought to do is research the validity of the discovery, second thing is to wait for the ever so certain, oops, ‘side effects’ before saying yes it works. I trust that most of you would probably do the research so this post is pointless…except for those who eat up this same kind of roses that some pastors preach from the pulpit ≈KDL®™©2014 #ifyoudontgetitjustreaditagain
