Someone was asking for a letter to give to School Principals to prevent their children from being vaccinated. Although permission notes are usually sent home, sometimes they are not. Here is suggestion, based on one which was distributed by me in 2009. Copy & alter as you see fit, taking into consideration there are different rules for different countries and states. However, the Nuremberg Code Law #10 and the Helsinki Declaration are appropriate worldwide. LETTER TO PROTECT MY CHILD FROM BEING VACCINATED IN AUSTRALIAN SCHOOLS. From: your name & address. To: School Principal, School name & address, date. Dear Principal, This letter is to inform you that as a parent of a child in your school, I do not consent to any vaccination to be given to my child/children named herewith .............................................and if my child is subjected to any vaccine without my written permission, i will consider that a gross violation of not only my parental rights, but the civil rights of my child. Mandatory vaccination is illegal under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australian, Section 51 (xx111a). Commonwealth law takes precedence over State law. As a parent, part of my responsibility to my children is to protect them from dangerous chemicals and unproven medications and vaccines that may have serious and permanent side effects, sometimes causing death. I have serious doubts about the safety of vaccines and I do not believe that the school is the appropriate place to carry out medical procedures. This should be an agreement between families and their family doctor. If my child is subjected to vaccines of any kind, I will immediately seek legal council in an attempt to hold your school responsible for any and all long term medical costs potentially associated with the vaccine side effects. It is with regret that I have to write such a letter, but circumstances have forced this upon me. I trust you will understand my position and honour my request to safeguard my child. Yours sincerely.
