Someones cat is stuck in the rubble at the notre dame building that was burnt down, its been crying for three days, weve called the town and animal control, but animal control cannot do anything about it, so we called coop the owners of the building and they arent doing anything about it either. im sure someone misses there pet. we are unsure on who to call or what to do now! if someone can point us in the right direction of finding someone who can get the poor cat out that would be awesome!
