Something I posted in December of last year. Nothing much has changed since then. Israel has the right to exist; Israel has the right to defend itself; Israel has the right to conduct pre-emptive strikes! Rights for the Israelis that we keep being reminded of! What about the Palestinians? Those people whose land all these rights are exercised on? Do they have any rights? Any basic human rights? Like the right to live in their homes without fear of being evicted so that Eastern Europeans or Americans who have decided to call themselves Jews would squat in them? Do the Palestinians have the right to clean water? The right to electricity or fuel? What about the right to medical care? Do they even have the right to live? Or does that infringe on the Israeli rights?
