Something I would like for everyone I know (and perhaps some I dont) to keep in mind . . . What you post on your Facebook page represents you. It represents a choice that you made to share content with others who will read in and associate it and its content with you, personally. Yes, this is constantly on my mind as I post to my Facebook and share content on my page and the pages of my friends. I sometimes wonder if you realize that when you post content that includes hate speech, *its not funny*. It doesnt make people like you. And if you dont agree with hate speech, then why are you posting it or encouraging it to be posted? Today on my feed I have seen friends posting regarding . . . Racism (jokes that are NOT FUNNY) Pro-war Pro-violence Hate speech against Transgender people Animal cruelty (terrible images no one needs to see) Only ONE person acknowledged that what she posted wasnt cool and said she was sorry (although I did not ask for an apology). The rest have thrown up the my page, Ill post what I want argument. And thats fine. Just dont expect me, or anyone who isnt a narrow-minded jerk, to like you or be your friend.
