Something Id really like to address is the way people talk to people in call centers. I know you are upset and angry and I am really only trying to help you. Starting out a call screaming swear words at me is not going to work well for you. I feel like people dont acknowledge that we are people too on the other side of that phone. What you say sometimes can be very hurtful and cruel. I had someone call me today swearing and stating that I should be ashamed of working at Armstrong and to get a real job. It was mean and hurtful considering I work very hard to help support my family and little one. Just a reminder when you call in no matter where that they are just as human as you and just want to help. Take a deep breath, calm down and try and communicate with us clearly so we can resolve your problem. Sincerely, My day really sucked today
