Something different for you tonight....... One of the phenomena that I have always wanted to capture is the Northern Lights or to give them their correct name, The Aurora Borealis. With indicators looking favourable, I set off last night about 10:15 pm and headed towards Barns Ness lighthouse, Dunbar, East Lothian. When I arrived, I was initially disappointed as I could see nothing at all. However, I had heard that the camera is much more sensitive than my weary old eyes so I fired off a test shot which was a success. I do apologise for lack of sharpness as I was holding the button down as my two remotes werent working. Hope you like them folks. First time Aurora catcher here.
