Something for the ladies on this terrific Tuesday! :-) You dont have to be 60 and feel frumpy!! Voluptuous and shapely bodies in your 60s is hot.....nutrition is important...but even moreso I believe move it or loose it is more important. Christy stays firm and toned because she yogas and cardio workouts. Getting good sleep, drinking plenty of water and not starving yourself is also very important. Get to work and maintain yourself.....start asap....its never too late :-) xo SALSA!!!!! It really works! Good for love life, your spirit and health. Fantastic if you have lower back problens....it really strengthens the abs, bum and thighs to improve your posture ;-)
