Something for your CoMA radar folks! CoMA East Midlands has secured just under £12k from the Arts Council for our EMC2 Experimentalist Music in the East Midlands weekend residential event in mid-Oct to mid-Nov (no clash with Huddersfield but were firming the dates with Lakeside Arts Centre in January, itll be a Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon event). This will be a great event with an all-comers ensemble, concerts by EM and others including some of the performing composers, as well as a culminating extravaganza talks and a parallel academic conference. There will be new works, old favourites and some which havent been performed for years but should be!
