Something to make your hump day a bit better, it certainly made my whole week! I made a kid cry today! Todays focus for a lesson was learning to give compliments and receive compliments. Every student in my group thought of someone in the classroom they would like to share some kind words about. We went back to class and shared our compliments in front of the whole class. One boy had been having a rough morning and once a student in my group gave him his compliment in front of the class he burst in to tears. The teacher asked him what was wrong and he just replied with those words make me happy. It was the most adorable thing EVER! So remember you can change a persons whole day with some kind words which requires minimal effort from you. Give it a try, make someone smile and you will probably smile too. :)
