Something to think about - but not to start a debate: Some people believe in creation according to the Bible while others prefer a scientific approach to mans beginnings on planet Earth. Still others accept the possibility that the creator(s) may have come from some distant planet/galaxy or dimension. However we believe or disbelieve, we all have one thing in common - were all human and we use our human brains to make our choice. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the problem with determining which belief is correct. Our limitation is our most powerful tool - our brains. Every scientific genius faces the same limitation. Can anyone really explain God in human terms? If we accept God or any supreme being as a higher power then his/her intelligence is undoubtedly far beyond anything we can comprehend. Same with scientific theories and extraterrestrial theories. Technology far beyond what we know of today had to play a part and again we are limited to only human technology. Sure, technology is changing and advancing daily but I doubt we are close to achieving interstellar flight or being able to fully comprehend how humans evolved from some lesser life form. Something or someone far beyond our human comprehension is responsible for our beginnings. And I doubt we will ever understand that from our human perspective. Now, please dont feel compelled to defend your beliefs. My intention is not to create a debate or to offend anyones belief system. Our limitation is just something to think about. Kinda like Ezekiel trying to describe his fiery chariot. What do you suppose it really looked like?
