Something to think about the next time you sit down to do an assessment. We, as an RTO, must keep a record on which your assessment is based for a period of 30 years. At Joncris, given we are in an electronic age, so we keep all candidates assessment materials rather than a selection. When things go wrong, site and external training records are retrieved to assist in the investigation process. This is a bigger job than many of you may be aware, but good record keeping helps the process. Stay safe.
