Something told me my mother would be in the hospital on her Birthday. If you are reading this, please pray for my mother to heal. she has a lot of health issues, but for the past 2 yrs her breathing has been getting worse. She is to the point of needing an oxygen machine at times. Her heart rate beats are adnormal. What it comes down too is she is over weight and the more fatty adapose tissue is around internal organs, the harder it is for them to work. Yeah the heart rate beats fast is because the body has more weight to carry and handle. I have tried everything possible as a daughter, friend, personal trainer, and natural healing massage therapist but this is just out of my hands. Its not like she eats a lot but...Its like a person who has cancer, but still smokes saying one cig here and there will do no harm. Or how obese people say just one piece of chocolate here, one slice of cake there, and one glass of sweet tea wont hurt. Its all an addiction and the supportive surroundings that is killing her. I am not jillian micheals. So there for I am not creditable enough or successful enough for my words of crying to matter. But perhaps with enough prayer, god will listen and somehow she will have a life changing event that will cause her to live a healthier, happier life.
