Sometimes I just dont get it...I understand we live in a world where we need to be more careful on the things we do...but do we really need to stop caring all together? Today on my way to Home Depot, I passed a car that was on the side of the road with its emergency lights on...On my way back I noticed it was still there, so I slowed down and ask the young lady if she was alright...she said she ran out of gas but her dad was on his way....so I went home and done some yard work...about an hour later I looked down that way and she was still sitting there? Confused on why she would still be there...I grabbed the gas can and drove down the road...she was on the phone with her dad...who was lost and driving up and down 35 looking for her...but he was on new 35 not old 35...so I told her I would give her some gas and she could meet him in WCH....she told him this on the phone and they both knew where Wal Mart was...so thats where they decided to meet....My reasoning behind all this is...what if this was my son? It was 92 degrees out today....this poor girl was covered in sweat....lost...out of gas and scared....I remember them days when I was young and thought empty meant you still could go another 50 miles....Sometimes you just have to care
