Sometimes I wish I had the ability to fire people where I work. Doing what I do, and depending on others to show up to take over at the end of my shift, is stressful. It really pisses me off, when Ive worked all day, havent eaten in 9 hours, then finding out my replacement isnt coming in because shes sick. So then I have to stay until someone can come take over and relieve me. So I think maybe Ill try that. Call in sick, 3 minutes AFTER my shift was scheduled to begin, and see how long it takes before I get in trouble. If I could,these People would be fired for being unreliable and irresponsible. Guess its a good thing Im not the boss.
